    1. Smol Coach respects your privacy. Smol Coach is committed to transparency, which includes providing a Privacy Policy that is understandable and written in plain language.

    2. Our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Smol Coach collects, uses, stores and discloses information about you when you use Smol Coach, our Platform and Services. Our Policy governs both our coaches (“Users”) and our end users (“Clients”). When we refer to “You”, we mean both our users and our clients. Where we specifically mean one, we will make it clear.

  1. Introduction: What does it govern?

    1. As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that can be used to individually identify a person, and “processing” generally covers actions that can be performed in connection with data such as collection, use, storage and disclosure.

    2. This Policy covers Smol Coach’s processing of Personal Data that is gathered when you are accessing and using the Platform and Services.

  1. Smol Coach: Types of Data Collected

    1. We collect Personal Data you directly provide to us. We may also receive Personal Data about you from others; e.g. from another user or our payment processors. We collect several different types of Personal Data, which broadly fall under the following categories:

      1. Personal Information about you, such as your name, and email address

      2. Business Information about you, such as your session names, client names, and other session-related information

      3. Usage and Log Data Information about you, such as cookie data, usage data, IP addresses

      4. Payments and Billing Information about you, such as your business and billing address and any relevant tax identification information.

      5. Cookies Information (Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Platform or Services)

    1. We collect Personal Data so that we can

      1. provide and improve our Platform and Services to you

      2. perform customer support and help you with queries regarding your usage of Smol Coach, its Platform and Services

      3. contact you for communication, marketing and research regarding your use of Smol Coach, its Platform and Services

      4. fix and support any legal and security issues

    2. We share Personal Data with vendors, third party service providers and agents (“third-parties”) who work on our behalf. Please note that when we share your personal data with third-parties, we have no control over, and are not responsible or liable for the ways those third-parties use your personal data.

  2. Smol Coach: Storage of Data Collected

    1. We save Personal Data we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data is collected and processed.

    2. Generally, we will keep your Personal Data until your account is deleted, or as needed to provide you with our services.

    3. We will also retain certain Personal Data to comply with our legal obligations or for our legitimate business purposes.

    1. We use technical and administrative measures to protect your Personal Data. However, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

    1. We use third parties to manage, update and improve our Platform and Services. We also offer you the use of third-party services.

    2. You will need to provide certain additional information directly to our third-parties (such as Stripe, Inc. and/or Zoom, Inc.)

    3. Such third-party services listed above, and all other third-parties we use are independent from Smol Coach and have their own privacy processes. For additional information about how your information is collected, used, stored and disclosed, we recommend that you review the privacy policies of such third-party service providers.

    4. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

    5. If while using our Platform and Services, you grant us access to any external account, for example your Zoom account or your Twitter account, you may revoke such access at any time and we will delete the associated data if you request us to do so.

  2. General: Childrens’ Data

    1. Our Platform and Services are not intended for use by persons under the age of 13 years. If someone is between the ages of 13 years to 18 years, our Platform and Services are not intended for their use without the consent of a parent or guardian.

    2. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information or Personal Data from the category of users below 13. If a client or user is between the ages of 13 years to 18 years, we prefer that the adult parent or guardian’s Personal Data is used for accessing the Platform and Services.

    3. If you become aware that a person in this category has provided us with Personal Data, please email us on and use the word “child personal data” in the subject line. We will take steps to remove this information from our storage.

    1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you to such changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Policy.

    2. Please note that you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Policy by your continued use of the Platform and Services after the date on which such revised Policy is posted.
